You are literally going to work for Nuance regardless of what you are told. You have to install VDI. You are constantly audited through FIESA.
You will get all the crappy work until Nuance figures which of the Nuance clones offshore to send it to.
You will get all kinds of rah-rah-rahs and cheerleader. This company used to be great to work for, but since they crawled into bed with Nuance, it is nothing more than the same hell holes as you see everywhere on this board.
There is plenty in the archives on this company. Yes...I was employed by them. Left and happy I did; make more money now with a non-VDI company, straight typing, and no FIESA BS.
