I have that issue at my job every time I have to reconnect to the company's VPN. I could enter my password all day and it would still keep asking. I usually enter it once or twice and then X close out. Usually it's fine but if it isn't connected I go to the Microsoft Outlook login page on a browser, enter my info there, and then it's OK. If I have doubts I send myself a test email.
Why would anyone post an "idiot" message about this?
