They have now overhired and there is no work. They are letting anyone go in all the accounts now, so the ones who have been their longer are now scrounging. Of course, they are blaming it on some Canadian holiday when in fact the work has been low since they lost one of their bigger ones.
Ever since the new management, there are more "bosses" and "QAs" and the MTs are left with the trash work and to squabble over who is going where. Plus, they don't want you sending work to QA because it costs them money, but when you ask a question, the answer is usually "send it to QA."
Shakin' my head... used to be a descent company. I don't know anymore. Very sad.
