I type interviews of usually 2 people, occasionally a third person, and it can be very difficult to distinguish the different voices and who's saying what. The audio can be difficult as well because of poor quality or background sounds or muffled speaking. There's also not a lot of shortcuts you can make, unlike medical transcription. I made money much faster in my MT days.
