found on pp. 155-157, section 7.3.4 entitled Departments, Divisions, and Specialties. By the way AAMT is now called AHDI, and I think there is now a Fourth Edition of this reference. You can probably find the Third or Fourth Edition on-line to purchase either in book form of digital form, so you'll have your very own reference and won't have to post questions. This will be a lot faster for you. If I find a link, I'll post it.
