There is no explanation and if they gave you one it would be a lie. All anyone can do is speculate and it isn't worth it. How many MTs have been let go after years and years of service for some trivial nonsense. Bottom line, these companies DO NOT CARE ABOUT US! That is so evident it isn't even funny. I don't care if you work 10 hours a day at 100% quality, they will find a way.
Move on and try to put this behind you. They aren't worth the whiskey!
