Sounds good, but I have a few questions.
1. Would I be an employee or IC and would that be the correct classification?
2. Do you hire from anywhere or only certain areas?
3. If an employee, do you provide health insurance, paid vacation and holidays, bail and court costs?
4. Do you require a schedule?
5. Do you pay a living wage on time every time?
6. Is there any kind of shift differential? I really want to work at night when it's safer. If you require days, then you need to make it worth my while.
7. Do you require experience and, if so, how much?
8. Is there testing?
9. Do you require expensive specialty devices I can only use at work or do you provide work equipment?
10. Do your clients all have different, picky demands for the same type of job?
11. Do you have a book of style?
12. How's your QA?
