You say that your last 2 checks have been on time as if that's some sort of huge accomplishment that deserves a gold star. Trust me, the pay issues will arise again. They ALWAYS do. They have not suddenly turned over a new leaf. This is the typical pattern they've had for many years. Paying on time twice does not in any way, shape, or form mean that they have "turned a corner" and you are extremely naive if you truly believe that is the case here. Their history of pay issues, legal issues, mismanagement of money, dishonesty, etc. is far too extensive for that. I worked there for 12 years and was in a management position, so I know their true colors, and believe me when I say they are very dark. They might be on their "best behavior" for a little while, only because they were on the DOL's radar, but they won't maintain it for very long, of that I am sure. Once they feel like they are off the hook after a bit of time passes, they'll be right back at it again. Do not be fooled by a few on time paychecks. I'm amazed that anyone has "stuck it out" there. That's just pure crazy to me. You must not need to eat or pay any bills.
