I doubt very much that the MTSO support will uninstall the program, since I already indicated in the 1st email to them that I would not be starting work. They have ignored both emails I sent - they aren't going to put in time and effort to remove it for me. The only restore point on my system is the one they created after that finished their install. I recently upgraded to Win 10 and nothing in the directions said I needed to "ENABLE" restore point creation, so I can't even do a system restore myself. I seriously doubt Ivanti will remove it but thanks for the suggestion - I'll contact them and see if they respond. Appreciate you and the other poster for taking time to comment!
