Why do you have to say "she's nuts?" Why can't you just say it was not a good experience and the reasons. I'm really tired of seeing people just trashing someone and being so vague about it. In all fairness, maybe she does have a mental illness, but can, if anything, we be kind in that just mention it didn't work out or management is lacking, etc.
"She's nuts," is just so unprofessional and rather offensive, let alone very vague and just not helpful by any means.
