They have one account manager who is extremely nice and decent, but she also is governed by Nuance. You might have had one of the account managers, like so many, who like to prove how great they are by demeaning everyone else. In this job, the QA people are just that and even worse with Nuance and Mmodal. Not to mention that you have to train yourself and not ask any questions because you are an IC. You are expected to know everything and have everything and not ask questions and put up with no work. Same story for years now, yet Nuance profits.
