would have worked far better than cutting hours from FT to PT and then letting go of others without regard for what each of the MTs might have wanted. I bet more than we think would have preferred unemployment, rather than having to go part time or staying on full time when there hasn't been enough work to cover all those hours for months and then being told to take Memorial Day off because there's still a lack of work. Their approach makes no sense. It just doesn't seem like they're up to the task of finding out what solutions their MTs might have to offer. But as it stands, employee morale has tanked to an all time low because no one seems to be minding the store, as usual.

It's a sad thing to lose your job... Sometimes just when you think the odds of finding something new and better seem so impossible, that's when it happens! Good luck!
