...you are/were paid by the line (per unit or "piecework"), as this goes to the federal level. If you go to the US DOL site you can fill out a form, but it took them weeks to contact me and that was before COVID-19. I would get the phone number from the site and call. If you were paid by the hour, you would file with your state's DOL. Because accumulated PTO hours are considered a benefit rather than wages, your state DOL handles those claims. Hope this helps.
