Each account had their account specifics that you had to read and learn on your own because you are an IC, so you were to teach yourself or know the program. Nuance just collects their 2 cents on every one of their yellow qualified lines. You had to use Nuance's program which they have diligently concocted a program to make sure they get a cut while you work for 2 cents for headers and verbiage usually used. Has nothing to do with the 'middle man' though. They, and you, are still being ruled by the king pen--Nuance. IMO
