I think they're always hiring - SM

I wonder if they're getting staffed for an anticipated increase in work or to replace people who have dropped out.

I worked there a while. It started out good, and I actually enjoyed it since I was free of production requirements, but then came the nonstop time-consuming bad dictators and empty accounts. It seemed like the new people were all on the same 4 accounts that I was on. New people on that Slack board all the time too.

Once I got used to some of the dictators and could crank them out, they were gone or there were so many people on that I would be lucky to get one good dictation.

I wasn't interested in the Canadian account as there seemed to be too much rigmarole involved, judging from all the questions I would see. It seems like all the Nuance clones have the Canadian account.

For me, it just got to where the hassle wasn't worth the 4 cpl IC, even with the small incentive. And I know that's what all the Nuance clones are paying, but this isn't the kind of work that you can plow through, use a lot of shortcuts, and rack up the lines, IMO.

I'm working as an office cleaner now.
