The Statistics function in Fluency for Transcription Manager (FFT Manager) has been enhanced to include access to the audio file that accompanies a job. To access the audio file associated with a job, do the following:
1. Login to FFT Manager with your credentials for Fluency for Transcription Editor (FFT Editor).
2. Select Statistics from the menu on the left.
Note: When Statistics has been selected as your Home page, the Statistics option defaults upon
login.
3. From the Select a Report Type drop-down, select Detail
4. From the Select an Editor Task drop-down, select the appropriate task:
a. Select Transcription to view jobs you transcribed.
b. Select Correction to view speech recognized jobs you edited.
c. Select QA to view jobs you QA’d (SHDAs will have this option).
5. Enter the applicable date range.
6. Click Run Report.

From the list of jobs presented, click on the job ID that you’d like to explore further.

The Job Details screen will appear next. From the Job Views drop down, you can select Audio File and click the Go button, The audio file will play via the default audio player. If you would like to view the text while listening to the
audio, go back to the Job Details screen, select Editor Account Output from the dropdown list, and hit the Go button to view the version of the job that was uploaded to the client (may reflect some QA corrections or other revisions made postdelivery). Note: The audio will be available for 30 days after delivery
