Precision had a lot of work and did not require VDI when I started working for them a year ago, but they now require VDI. They also started overhiring and the work started drying up this year. Right now, they basically have no work due to COVID-19.
Negatives:
- VDI required.
- Many different accounts and each account has entirely different specs. You can, however, stick to one account.
- No real training.
Positives:
- No specific schedule or line requirement.
- Pay is always on time.
- There is an online Slack board to ask questions or chat with others who work for the company.
I stopped working for them due to the VDI requirement. Thankfully, I have a couple of other MT jobs that still have some work.
