I would leave a blank for the slang, even if I knew what they were saying. They need to say what they mean and not be sloppy in their dictation, especially when referring to medications (IMO). I am not shy about leaving blanks. As a guess, I would say the second one is digoxin (probably saying "dig"). But, again, I would leave blanks. We should not be made to guess/figure out what they mean.
