Try the above. Go to bottom left and bring up ALL PROGRAMs, Accessories, and look for SNIPPING TOOL.
It is a lot simpler and faster. Once you find it, you can always save a copy of the snipping tool on your toolbar or desktop.
Regardless, once you click on SNIPPING TOOL it will open up and tell you what to do from there.
