BVO especially. She hated the original TransTech/iMedX MTs, preferred Amphion or who SHE hired, which makes NO SENSE! If you have good, loyal MTs working for you, why can't you be happy? So many never call-in sick and rarely take vacation yet BVO didn't care. She'd rather hire an MT with no experience than keep one that has 20 years experience. She'd keep the MTs that would just leave in the middle of their shift or who would leave early with plenty of work to do, yet the good MTs are begging for more work. It really just boggled my mind.
This should be a lesson for all managers too; love the MTs you have that work! Get rid of the MTs that don't want to work! There are plenty of us left in the industry.
