Have you had better luck with getting emails or chats answered? - .

I've just started with them and seems like they do not like to be bothered after you're hired on. It makes me worry if they won't even answer questions in an email or IM, will I even get paid for the work I do? The pay period has rolled over and I still have no info on how to turn in an invoice.
