I have been editing this account for 1 year now. I began very part-time. UHN includes Princess Margaret Hospital, so many oncology patients with new study trials, new chemotherapy and immunotherapy drugs, extensive new genetic testing for gene mutations. Many, MANY residents dictate and yes, ESL dictators who try very hard to enunciate. My company does not micromanage at all, IC is exactly that, one can edit 24/7 with no real set schedule. Standard 0.04 cents per line, yet when volume is up, good bonus incentives which change. There are occasions where the "feed" is turned off due to low volume during Holidays, etc. The learning curve for me took quite a while, as I started part-time. Good QA support. If you do not have an Oncology background, this would be a real challenge initially, as it was for me. I am now working this account full-time, as I enjoy the freedom but have to really stay on top of the production line-count. I do know that the company I work for put out an e-mail last week that they need about 10 more MLS for this account. Direct deposit ALWAYS ON TIME - most pay periods early!
