I'm not rubbing it in, but it is SO nice to finally get paid ON TIME again! No, not from KS of course, but a new job. Yes, it takes doing just that, finding another company who values me once again, where my stress level is GONE, who is honest with me, and even offers bonuses and raises, something KS never handed out in my 10 years of employment with them. There is hope for everyone, just keep looking and take that leap of faith and get another job. I was scared to death to leave my career of 22 years as an MT, but it has been the BEST move I've made in 10 years! For those asking, I am no longer working as an MT. I have completely switched careers and no longer an MT.
