I did an experiment. I used to know someone who sold Dragon Medical. I dictated a C-Section, and it was spot on. The Dragon Regular isn't going to work because it doesn't recognize medical terms, medical abbreviations, drugs, surgical equipment, mL, etc....just as the medical one might mess up a friendly letter to a friend. It's "thinking" medical. Trying to do Medical on regular is even less accurate than the vice-versa.
