A lot of MTs who post here use it, but some have recommended you purchase the Pro version instead of the free version. It's a one time purchase and is not that expensive although I don't remember the exact price. You can google it if your interested. Your doc would dictate on a digital recorder and you would upload the dictation, which you would retrieve and play on your end. I'm not sure how that would work for you if you are scribing though if you're going to be right there when he is seeing the patient.
