remove your access or terminate you or "no longer require your services" for any number of reasons to include bad quality, someone at the facility doesn't like your work or something you did, or the manager is having a bad day and needs a drink and your name happened to be on the list in front of them.
As well as it can be retaliation for any large or small thing, as was my case at some MTSO a few years ago.
