Calling the IRS - Will not shut her down

I don't work for this company but merely calling the IRS will not result in her being shut down. Also calling her clients could result in you being sued.

I totally get the anger, but may be better to cut losses, find new opportunity and if you have the documentation sue for damages instead.

Do call IRS and report the problem though to protect yourself and they will advise what to do re: taxes.
