IRS says they didn't pay my taxes yet - KJ

To get an actual IRS agent on the phone to help you follow these steps:
IRS 1-800-829-1040 7-7 M-F.
After choosing language, then DO NOT choose option 1 (refund info), instead choose option 2 (personal income tax).
Press 1 for (form, tax history, or payment).
Press 3 for (all other questions).
Press 2 for (all other questions).
When it asks to enter SS or EIN to access your account information, DON'T ENTER ANYTHING. After it asks twice you get another menu.
Then press 2 for (personal or individual tax questions).
Then press 4 for (other).
It will transfer you to an agent.

Today I was on hold for 14 minutes. She was helpful, but said Keystrokes has not entered anything yet for my taxes and they have until February 14th. She said request a corrected W2 from Keystrokes and call IRS back after February 14, and they will be able to assist and go after her at that time.
