I don't have any inside info but I think some were moved to the new Fluency account? If they had previously been on your main account, that would free up some work for you. ? Just guessing.
TTS management has always been secretive and vague. Drives me crazy but not much we can do.
Are you referencing a specific account? I know when they lost a huge chunk of that NJ account last year it caught most off guard and not likely they'll see those kind of volumes again over there. Again, just my opinion FTIW.
