Screen shots of these discussions on here. I would also advise you start recording any and everything for phone calls that you make to the IRS or to LT/KS offices and download all emails to a computer or server where they wont get lost.

Everyone has seen how she behaves. You have only yourself to blame if you don't help yourself now. She will hang you out to dry and have nothing but excuses why none of it is her fault and every excuse why it's all YOUR fault.
This ship is sinking, but she's going to continue bailing and patching the POS ship until it finally sinks to the bottom and she'll be the one on the lifeboat waving farewell while you all are clinging to shards of wreckage with creditors and IRS sharks circling.
