Seeing how she can't even pay people even remotely on time, there is no way on this green earth that she is going to have W2s out on time. Even in the remote possibility that she does get them out on time, they probably are not going to be correct and will include wages that people were never actually paid. Everyone needs to report this to the IRS immediately.
