I'm not sure why this is so important to you if you don't work here or plan to. Like I said, some like to stir the pot. :)
We do NOT charge penalties for blanks, no. We have 1 POSSIBLE penalty that is $10 for a SECOND critical error in a MONTH on a FORMAL Nuance audit, which RARELY ever happens, ask anyone that works here. Each month starts fresh and it does not carry over. Everything is on our paperwork in blank and white.
