I think she's on her third company already and it's only been about a year and a half. I think it gets offshored. I think she hopes this most recent one she went to training for in another state last month is going to be a good one, but who knows?
It's definitely not a field that's in demand and it is outsourced often just as much as anything else.
Scheduling is another thing that is being outsourced by hospitals. They told me it's easier to just let someone take care of it off-site than pay benefits, etc. and the coverage is better.
