BS...You don’t have 6 weeks of paid leave after that length of time. I’ve worked on site for the same employer for 25 years. New hires get 2 weeks after the first year and it increases exponentially, it was a long time before I accumulated that much PTO. They might permit you to take a 6 week leave of absence but it probably would be at your expense.
