We are a very small MT company owned by a medical transcriptionist currently seeking a special MT to transcribe part-time Wednesday through Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday flexible hours but be available for occasional STATS (8am-5pm) and to keep up with the voice file queue. We want someone for a long term position with us. Straight typing only, no VR. This amazing person would need to have a minimum of 15 years MT experience, high work ethic with quality and reliability.
You must be self-motivated and ready to take on challenging dictators along with the good ones. You will be trained on multiple accounts, with expectation of a short probationary training period. Most of our work is acute care. We distribute dictation via FTP in the early evenings, with work being due back onto the FTP folder by 10am PST the following morning.
Required: 1) Bytescribe WAV player or other software capable of playing WAV files. 2) PC with Windows 7 or higher, or Mac with compatible capability; 3) MS Word capable of saving 97-2003 format.
Pay is by the line based on a 65 character count/line, $.08 cents per line. IC status. First 30 days will be probationary. We pay twice a month direct deposit through Square. We only hire MTs within the United States.
