They calculate an invoice from reports they run through Incommand (the back end of Inscribe) which details each login I use and the line counts.
I can either accept their invoice if it's correct or reject it with a comment if it's not - they then manually rectify it and issue a new invoice for acceptance.
I never just assume that it's correct, though it is 99% of the time. I always check all the figures against my tally in Inscribe because it IS an automated process and sometimes it leaves off one of my logins, for example.
