maybe because of the many bad dictators I've had to work with for so long. It would just be unreasonable to not expect a higher than usual QA submission rate on some of these accounts. But, I agree with your advice for the OP to look into this because something sounds off.
Do you mean the paper checkstubs in the mail? Have always gotten those with direct deposit. Hmmm..Wonder what's up?
