It doesn't look good. It is Nuance work. Link is below if OP wants to read it. Doesn't sound to lucrative.
I have heard with any Nuance accounts that Nuance will tell the MTSO that the client wants certain MT IDs removed if they are not meeting quality, so the account is there one day and gone the next.
