You can expect the same audio, the same mark offs by QA, and the same as far as training on the program from any company you hire on with. If it is too frustrating now, it will definitely be frustrating in the work environment. You have to really be a self-starter and know how to put the entire picture together. You can try to let QA know what you thought they were saying or argue account specs, but on the norm, QA overrides everything you say or argue.
The only thing good about the actual working environment is you can usually look up reports on the same patient and see what the actual terminology is there, but even then, that report could be incorrect. When in doubt, leave a blank, record the job #, ask for feedback, check the feedback and constantly keep notes. Sound alikes are difficult but you really need to know your way around that and what truly makes sense because even dictators will say it wrong, especially drug names (they can really hack those up). Again, leave a blank. Never guess.
The best thing to do at this point is find out if there is counseling at CanScribe and express everything you have written here to them. Ask them for a partial refund.
