Acute Cholecystitis - Newbie

Trouble hearing the word(s) in the description of procedure for acute cholecystitis.

"The Hasson trocar is reinserted and the abdomen re-insufflated the (s/l super peck), the (s/l peck) space is irrigated copisouly with normal saline."
