Every last one of us have different reasons - she does pay, some girls get paychecks every pay period and are not behind, while some are a few checks behind. So for the ones that are getting paid (if even a few days late) I can imagine they stay because they need a paycheck and like their accounts, are you going to pay their bills? Didn't think so. I am quite sure all of them are looking for another job, KS has a lot of radiology clients - radiology transcription jobs are very scarce, not like acute care or pathology. A lot of us work at home because we need to - some of us are caregivers to disabled family members. Everyone has a different situation - stop knocking people - you aren't in their shoes and don't know their position. No one in their right mind wants to work under these circumstances, but some have no choice. If you have that choice, I couldn't be happier for you but let the others sort it out to what works best for them and their families until they can do better.... stop bashing.
