entirely. BUT, I would document what you posted about each and every time it happens, as this sounds like wage theft to me. You are being penalized for bad dictation that even the QA can't figure out. Document, document, document and once you have a goodly sum of money owing you, get yourself an employment lawyer and/or report them to your state's DOL for unpaid wages.
