My company has their own accounts and uses Inscribe. They are their own company and are not under Nuance's wing, but, yes, use Inscribe (and have used it since 2010).
Emdat was purchased by Nuance a few years ago, which is why there are still many independent companies, not Nuance outsource companies, using Inscribe and Editscript.
