to work on both straight typing and VR. Generally you work on whichever has files closer to TAT or if there are stat files. If TAT is roughly even, then you can usually choose unless directed to one or the other by your team leader.

Some clients or individual doctors go mainly to VR but others are mainly or 100% straight typing especially if they have funky formatting like tables they want filled in, so your VR and typing pools can have different clients or TAT at the top of the pool.
