The have on site transcriptionists to do the work and then Nuance gets the overflow.
The hospital can also tell Nuance which transcriptionists to take off the account if they don't like the quality. The MTSO who contracts with Nuance has to comply. All the MTSOs that do Nuance work is subject to quality and turnaround time audits and they are fined by Nuance if these goals are not met. That's the reason for the hurry up and do the work but watch your quality e-mails that start flowing every time there's a drop of reports from Nuance to the Nuance clone MTSOs.
