I think it all just sounds not too MT friendly from the start. Then, the last statement is very odd something about "old school" specs. I don't know. It just doesn't sound like someone looking for MTs with experience. It sounds more like a passive-aggressive slam the MT with a job ad. I just can't deal with that type of work environment.
Well, at least the company shows their true colors from the start. Makes it easier to pass it by.
