I sent in a resume and was contacted about 4 weeks later to "test". She sent me 5 files with absolutely no instructions for Drop Box or account specifics. I sent her an Email because my Drop Box didn't want to work correctly and she was very dismissive when she answered it (but still not resolving the problem). These were timed tests and by the time I figured out Drop Box, I had less than an hour to transcribe. I finished four of the five assigned documents and figured oh well. She contacted me about one week later, wanting to hire me but I said no thanks. Her Emails were all over the place, kind of rude and very dismissive. I have worked for employers like that before and it just isn't worth it..to me anyway.
