if they would slow down. They talk so fast, stumble over their words and then have to change it and it is a mess. I swear I send more reports to the client, because I refuse to try and figure out the patients name. How do you find someone with the last name of Smith or Ward?????
They should sit for 1 hour and try to do their own work and see what torture it is.
But can the MTSO say something to them, oh no, let us not bother them, let us suffer through these reports that you usually have to go over twice, all for 4 cpl. Thank goodness I only do this for supplemental income otherwise, I would be locked up somewhere!
