I started with a new job a few months ago. I got shut out of my last job, no explanation, no good-bye, thanks, just no work for me even though the MTSO was hiring new ppl. I took a pay cut so I knew I would not make much but had hoped shortcuts and diligence would make it worthwhile. I am given different accounts every day so I never really get to settle into anything. I do my best. So far this pay period I am making $3.98. I am going to hang in there but this is quite unsettling. I guess this is what the MT field has come to.
