I thought she was going to a sell a few years ago, but she did not. So I figure I will wait it out and if it gets better with late pay (my only complaint), then great. If not and she sells, the new company will take that off what they pay her and we'll get paid. That happened when I worked for a company bought by KS. They were 2 weeks behind on my pay, and I got all of it the day the closed the deal.
